BAJAJ XCD SPRINT DTSi @ AUTO EXPO
Bajaj also showed the new XCD SPRINT DTSi. Its a stunning looking bike, lithe and muscular. Cosmetically the bike has been given a through makeover with new tail lamps, new aggresive headlamp, chrome strips on the tank shroud, split grab rails, new upswept slant cut exhaust pipe, new instrument console and an interseting new style hugger. The tail lamp treatment is especially stunning even when compared to Pulsar’s, and dare I say, overall this bike looks better than the current Pulsar 150/180. This bike looks even better than the TVS Flame which will have a tough fight on its hands as soon as it is launched in the market.
The changes arent just limited to cosmetics, the engine has been given a revamp too. It now breathes through 4 valves and power is upto 12 PS now. The bike also features a front disc brake.
The Bajaj officials were taking feedback on the price of this machine… we ask you, What do you think or feel the price of this machine should be keeping in mind the current XCD retails at 41000 Rs Ex-Showroom delhi?

The XCD Sprint DTS-Si looks really good as does the Discover 150 DTS-i.Once again thanks. Was supposed to be at the Expo but could not make it due to personal problems but thanks to guys like you I am getting to see the stuff. I agree with comment that you can reduce your watermark in terms of opacity. I hope there is more to look forward to here.

XCD SPRINT to be launched in Feb 09.Two more bikes r to be launched ,one in sep and other one in nov this year.Of the two one is 125cc version of Platina….
Then TVS Flame and Honda Stunner will be in the race to capture the market….
It wud be better if they launch “Sprint” in Diwali….if they are late then they are out of the race….

Sprint is better than stunner because it has more power than stunner i.e. 12.5ps. The average will also better than stunner, as it is BAJAJ.In look also sprint is better than stunner.Even It looks better than Pulsar. Really it will get good response

I m not very sure about tank but it is different than the older one because of its extra panels of tank it gives greater look like pulsar it is very much better than the old xcd. The tail light treatment is also very good. Stunner dont have digital meter

No it is 125cc i havent heard about 150cc. Discover is coming in 150cc. Average of 200 and fz is about 35. A new bike Yamaha yzfr125 is also coming in near future totally sporty looks like Yam. R1 its power is about 15ps.
On road price of 200 is 74-75000 and fz is about 69000.

Launch has been delayed by a decent amount of time,and i feel that its not gonna launch in this year (2010) too.As there is no inputs provided from bajaj team either. So hey guys can you please provide me some feedback about which bike should I go about if i want to really purchase one soon.
i think u should go for pulsar 135, cos there r lot of things similar as in xcd-sprint and anyways the sprint is not gonna launch these year as u said so there is no other option other then pulsar 135, even i am going to do same, ya but i would still wish that the xcd-sprint is lanched soon before i buy its elder bro pulsar-135
