Fiat has created 200 special edition 500’s to be used as a “courtesy car” when your Ferrari comes for a visit in the shop. Fiat 500 even though cheap is considered “cool” and still has buyers rushing into showroom to buy it. The little car has also received the Abarth treatment so even as a loaner car for the mighty expensive Ferrari, its still “cool” or so they think!

The 200 cars are meant for Ferrari sales network in Europe. The special edition 500 is based on the sports version and comes in Ferrari Red color, aluminium sporty pedals, red brake calipers, special black steering wheels with red stitching and 16″ inch alloy wheels with fat 195/45 tyres to take it upto Ferrari standards. The car also has automatic climate control, electric sunroof, Frau leather interiors, a high-end stereo system, fog lights, numbered plate on the dashboard and a “Limited Edition” written on the kick plate to show off where each model lands in the production run.

The engine is the same 1.4 litre 100 bhp unit as the 500 sport but the exhaust has been tuned to provide more growl for the aural effect. While the car is a fantastic little city run about while your Ferrari sits in the shop, we are not sure how the owners will take this.
