Ford has launched the new Endeavour TDCi 4X4 christened Thunder with an all new 3.0 Litre common rail disel engine. The new 16 Valve DOHC 3.0 Litre engine offers class leading peak torque of 380 NM delivered at just 2500 rpm with a maximum power of 156 PS at 3200 rpm. The combination of higher torque at low rpm and higher power delivers excellent driveability.

Ford also said that the fuel efficiency of the 3.0 Litre engine will be on par with the earlier 2.5 litre engine.

The 4X2 models will still come with the same 2.5 litre engine.

 The new Endeavour has been priced at Rs. 1,817,111 [Ex-showroom, Mumbai].
