Honda will launch two new 1000cc plus superbikes from its internation portfolio in India before the end of this year. The bike will come as completely built units (CBU’s) and will cost upwards of 10 lakh rupees. The new superbikes will target the niche consumer segment, someone with pockets deep enough to spend more than 10 lakh rupees on a bike and serious superbikers on the other hand. The company will also launch an advanced 100cc bike this year which comes as a surprise because the 100cc segment hasnt shown any significant growth in the past year.
