HSCI SELLS 52 CIVIC HYBRIDS IN THE 1ST MONTH OF ITS LAUNCH
India’s leading manufacturer of premium cars Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) sold 36,849 units in the period Jan–July 2008 as against 36,759 units in the corresponding period last year marking an increase of 0.2% in sales.
In a pioneering move, Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) launched India’s first hybrid car – the globally acclaimed Civic Hybrid in the month of June 2008. The car sold 52 units in the first month of its launch.
HSCI sold 4,339 units in the month of July 2008.

Honda CR-V: 331
Honda Accord: 510
Honda Civic Hybrid: 52
