I can’t decide if that thing looks ugly or scary or both. Seriously, what is wrong with M&M designers? First they have an absolute blunder of a design in Ingenio and now they manage to outdo themselves? I have no doubt that this product will be functional like every other Mahindra product. But looks DO count. It doesn’t have to look pretty, it just has to look decent and acceptable like the ACE.

if u check out the rear three quarters view given,u can c clearly tat m&m designers tried to put somethin like a mask onto the front of a conventional thtree wheeler like the piaggio ape..but surely the mask doesnt have to luk like the one anthony hopkins wears in silence of the lambs,does it..mahindra desperately needs to shore up their design capabilities or buy some1 who has..i thot they had bought zagato?i know its unfair to ask zagato to design a .5 ton commercial vehicle,but then,what exactly did m&m expect to do wit them wen they bought zagato?put them in a freezer and wait til m&m makes supercars and convertibles?

Well everyone around everywhere are only talking about this vehicle on its looks.ell i feel there is no need to argue about the looks about this vehicle coz the looks for such kind of a vehicle does not actually matter, infact if you could see at the positive points of this vehicle, it is the 1st Compact Truck in 0.5 ton category in India. It comes with a range of features that combine the style, comfort and safety of a 4 wheeler with the low operating and maintenance cost of a 3 wheeler. All this comes along with several class defining features such as better mileage and load optimization, safety and a ‘car like’ feel at an amazing price of Rs. 1.65 lakh (ex showroom). It also boasts of an unmatched mileage of 27 kmpl. Making it that much more accessible to people across the country, and providing delivery solutions to a range of businesses with transport needs. All this ensures that the vehicle delivers not just payload but loads of prosperity as well to the owner .

@sandeep
seems like ur doing some marketing pitch for m&m pal..sure,ppl buyin te gio doesnt realy hv to care hw it luks,but i did tink ace and ape truk were also in te .5 ton segment;ok,mayb their payloads werent exactly .5ton-ace is 700kg i tink,also,is tere a real market at 500 kilos?ace is tried and tested,and a looot more powerful,and a local engine in Te tata ensures ready availabilty of cheap spares.bajaj,piaggio,force al has has some model in te half tonne market(or r comin up with a new product soon).how does m&m differentiate its product from other players in te market?with an underpowerd imported engine and hideous looks?

I think Gio is 1 of its kind,
After reading this review i assume that its going to do wonders for M&M
Getting this kind of mileage and lots of other benifits at 1.65lakhs is something one doesn’t get so easily.
