Previously known to us as the Ingenio, the recently renamed Mahindra Xylo will hit the Indian roads in December. The company has already put the teaser microsite up which gives you finer details and a sneek peek on the next big launch from Mahindra stable.

The company it seems has left no stone unturned to get the Xylo right from day 1 of the launch. The car has gone through 1 million kms of real world testing has been tested across varied terrain in India and abroad. Xylo is expected to come with 2.2 Litre mHawk engine which also does the duty in the Scorpio. The company might just launch it with the older 2.6 Litre engine to save costs.

The car will come with a manual transmission and will offer an autobox in the future. A direct competition to the Innova and the Sumo Grand, the Xylo is expected to be priced between Rs. 6- 8 Lakhs. You can even win a Xylo if you take part in the competition running on the microsite if you are correctly able to guess its Ex-Showroom price in Delhi!
