After announcing Jaguar, Land Rover’s entry into India earlier, Tata Motors will officially inaugrate the brand’s first showroom, which would open at Ceejay House in Worli, Mumbai on June 28th.

The company will also open JLR showrooms in Benguluru and Ludhiana (one of the biggest market for Mercedes Benz) after Mumbai. Tata Motors’s newly formed Premier car division within the passenger car business will take the responsibility for the distribution of all Jaguars and Land Rover vehicles in the country.

The entire porfolio of car’s like Jaguar XF, XKR, Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover will be sold by Tata Motor’s as the sole importer. The company hopes to cash in on the worldwide reputation of Jaguar and Land Rover brands, which are known for their blend of performance and luxury, in the rapidally growing indian car market.
