Renault F1 team’s R&D Engineer,William Millar commited suicide last week at team’s Enstone headquarters causing shock and grief among employees and the management. 53 year old Millar was a part of theRenault F1 team for the past 27 years even as it changed hands with different owners, right since the benetton and toleman days.

His body was discovered just before midday on a footpath outside the team’s UK base with a fatal bullet wound to his head. Sources say that he shot himself in the head with a firearm. The Police is not treating the death as suspicious. Our heart felt condolences to the family, friend and colleagues of the departed soul.
