Skoda Auto India has raised the prices of all its models citing reasons of rising input costs. The hike is in the range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 and will be effective from August 1,  said Skoda India in a statement.

“The price hike has been necessitated by a variety of cost push factors like surge in freight costs and in prices raw materials. The company has made efforts to absorb maximum costs to keep the price rise marginal so that impact to our customers is minimised,” Skoda India Member of Board of Director for Sales and Marketing Thomas Kuehl said.
