SWIFT DZIRE: PREVIEW SITE & WALLPAPERS OUT
Maruti Suzuki has launched a new preview site before the launch of ’Swift’ DziRE. The Site contains a couple of Wallpapers & a ScreenSaver of this new Sedan though the Wallpapers dont reveal much details about the car.
It also has a promotional Song by Euphoria Gang ( Palash Sen ). You can also catch a Glimpse of Dzire through a Video Trailor.
Anybody interested can register for an exclusive preview of the Dzire Sedan when it will be finally launched on 29th March, 2008.

This indeed is good news, its going to be interesting to note how the public take to a ugly looking MSIL. Will this car set the sales chart on fire is yet to be seen, but i seriously believe that they should have given the petrol DZire the 1.3L M Series engine, instead of dragging the old G series from the Esteem, which not only lacks torque compared to the M series but consumes more fuel. However the car is certainly a worthy replacement to the ageing Esteem which was a fantastic car of its time.
The Diesel DZire is going to have a long waiting it seems, and MSIL should have sorted the harsh and stiff ride of the hatch Swift.

It is actually interesting to note how opinion about the looks of this car varies from one individual to another. You are calling it ugly, whereas the rest of the country is comparing it to BMW and camry.
But i do agree with you that dzire is a worthy replacement to the Esteem.
The car looks great, maruti have a winner. its going to rock the market. A fully loaded sedan at less than Rs.6.5laks its great news. Guys some of the horrible comments posted should be by the compititors. Go have a look at Dzire you will certainly fall in love.
